Connaissances et Pratiques des Professionnels de Santé Face à la Toxoplasmose à Kinshasa/RD Congo
Abstract
Cette étude a évalué les connaissances, attitudes et pratiques des personnels soignants face à la toxoplasmose à Kinshasa, RD Congo. Les résultats montrent que bien que 53,8% des participants aient une bonne connaissance de la maladie, seulement 28,6% appliquent correctement les mesures de prévention. Les médecins des hôpitaux, les vétérinaires et ceux utilisant des sources d’information autres qu’Internet ont de meilleures connaissances et pratiques. Cependant, la formation spécifique sur la toxoplasmose semble paradoxalement diminuer la probabilité de bonnes pratiques, suggérant des lacunes dans la formation pratique ou un manque de ressources.
