The Search for Nature-Friendly Solution to Late Blight (Phytophtora infestans) Disease

Abstract


Patates, bitki beslenmesinde tahıllardan sonra en önemli besin kaynağıdır. Patates yetiştiriciliği sırasında Phytophtora infestans'ın neden olduğu patates geç yanıklığı hastalığı önemli kalite ve verim kayıplarına neden olur. Patates geç yanıklığı sentetik fungisit uygulamaları ile kontrol altına alınabilir. Öte yandan etkenin fungisitlere karşı direnci ve halkın gıda güvenliği, çevre ve insan sağlığı ile ilgili endişeleri, alternatif hastalık kontrol stratejilerinin araştırılması ihtiyacını doğurmuştur. Çalışmamızda sodyum bikarbonat, bahçecilik yağı, potasyum sabun kombinasyonu ve elma sirkesinin Phytophtora infestans üzerine inhibitör etkilerindeilkbahar patates üretim sezonunda tarla koşullarında denemeler yapılarak incelenmiştir. Deneme sonucunda, sodyum bikarbonat (SBC), potasyum sabun (PS) ve bahçe yağı (H2O) kombinasyonunun hem patates kalite ve verim kriterlerinde hem de kontrol parselinde kontrol parseline göre etkili bir tedavi olduğu görülmüştür. patates geç yanıklığı. Tedaviler arasında SBC+PS+HO kombinasyonu %61,75 hastalık şiddeti ve %35,25 etki ile ilk sırada yer aldı. Elma sirkesi tedavisinde %75.63 hastalık şiddeti ve %19.38 etki görülmüştür. Patates geç yanıklığı hastalığının kontrolünde özellikle organik patates ve hobi bahçesi üreticileri için her iki tedavinin de sentetik kimyasal fungisitlere alternatif olabileceği sonucuna varılmıştır.
