Yu-wen Fang graduated from the University of Southern California with a Ph.D. in HealthCare Management, and is currently a full-time professor and teaching supervisor at Tzu Chi University of Science and Technology-School of Nursing, whose research areas are medical information education research, public health, long-term care, elderly health issues, medical institution administration and health promotion, and his clinical work includes: serving as a professional consultant for a number of elderly care institutions, assisting in the implementation of health service management and medical administrative effectiveness analysis. In cooperation with medical institutions, a number of integrated projects have been published in specific papers.
