Abstract


This article analyzes the foreign experience of training competitive specialists in the system of vocational education, the educational strategy, an integrated approach to the standardization of the system of vocational education, the role of the system of advanced training in retraining and continuous improvement of their qualifications in the training of competitive personnel.
