Abstract

This paper is devoted to the development of an analytical model of a traffic management system for an ATM network. In this paper, MMPP/M/1/r queuing system is considered, probabilistic and temporal characteristics of the single-level traffic management system are obtained, and numerical studies of the system operation under various parameters are performed.
