The Effect of Certification and Principal’s Supervision toward Teacher’s Performance

Abstract


This study aimed at examining the effect of certification and principal’s supervision toward teacher's performance in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Palembang. This study used quantitative approach and the data were collected through questionnaires. The results showed that there is influence of certification on teacher’s performance, there is an influence of principal’s supervision on teacher’s performance, and there is influence certification and principal’s supervision simultaneously on the teacher's performance.
