Engagement Organisationnel et Satisfaction au Travail Chez les Enseignants du Supérieur
Abstract
La réussite des étudiants nécessite la collaboration de tous les acteurs du monde universitaire et plus particulièrement, l’implication du corps enseignant qui n’a pas forcément les mesures d’accompagnement nécessaires, bien que des efforts soient consentis au profit de l’enseignement supérieur.
L’approche habituelle des travaux sur la motivation dans l’enseignement consiste à se centrer sur la motivation des apprenants. Si les enseignants doivent motiver les étudiants, il se pose également la question de leur propre motivation. La littérature spécialisée avance l’hypothèse qu’il existe une relation entre l’engagement organisationnel et la satisfaction. Afin de mettre à l’épreuve cette hypothèse, nous avons interrogé 117 enseignants, à l’aide de questionnaires. Les résultats obtenus à partir des statistiques montrent que l’engagement organisationnel est influencé par la satisfaction au travail.
