Hiérarchisation Multicritère, Validation Méthodologique Et Dynamique Spatiale De L’urbanisation Durable A Antsirabe

Abstract


Cette étude propose une analyse multicritère et une priorisation spatiale du potentiel minier Cette étude analyse l’aptitude à l’urbanisation durable d’Antsirabe à partir d’une approche intégrée SIG–AHP combinant hiérarchisation multicritère, validation méthodologique et lecture spatiale des pressions territoriales à l’horizon 2035. La pondération AHP montre une domination nette de la protection de l’aquifère, avec 61,8 % du poids décisionnel, devant la réduction de l’érosion (19,8 %), l’acceptabilité sociale (13,0 %) et l’accessibilité logistique (5,4 %). La cohérence de la matrice de comparaison est jugée satisfaisante, avec un indice CI de 0,048 et un ratio CR de 0,072, inférieur au seuil de 0,10. Les projections mettent en évidence une menace de 50 à 70 ha sur les zones de recharge et une perte potentielle de 150 à 200 ha de terres agricoles et de recharge dans le scénario tendanciel. Le reclassement SIG confirme la prépondérance du facteur hydrogéologique : le score pondéré de l’aquifère passe de 0,618 en situation défavorable à 3,090 en situation favorable. Ces résultats soulignent la nécessité d’orienter l’expansion urbaine d’Antsirabe vers les secteurs les moins vulnérables afin de préserver durablement les fonctions hydrologiques, agricoles et territoriales.
