Abstract


le diabète gestationnel (DG) est une complication croissante de la grossesse, souvent liée à des facteurs tels que l'obésité, un mode de vie sédentaire, et des antécédents familiaux de diabète. L'augmentation des cas de DG dans la zone de santé de Kananga soulève des préoccupations majeures, non seulement pour la santé des mères, mais aussi pour celle des nouveau-nés, étant donné les risques associés, tels que la macrosomie et les complications néonatales. Cette étude vise à analyser les déterminants de la prévalence du diabète gestationnel et à identifier les facteurs associés dans la zone de santé de Kananga.
