Caractérisation Chimique Et Structuration Multivariée Des Extraits De Desmodium Uncinatum D’arivonimamo (Région Itasy, Madagascar)

Abstract


La présente étude porte sur la caractérisation chimique et la structuration multivariée des extraits de Desmodium uncinatum collecté à Arivonimamo (région Itasy, Madagascar). Les profils chromatographiques obtenus par chromatographie sur couche mince (CCM) ont révélé une variabilité qualitative et quantitative marquée entre les fractions. L’extrait méthanolique (EM) présente la plus grande richesse métabolique avec 11 bandes au total (3 sous UV 254 nm, 2 sous UV 366 nm et 6 après révélation au vanilline sulfurique), suivi de l’extrait aqueux à froid (EAF) avec 8 bandes et de la phase aqueuse (Aqx) avec 6 bandes. L’extrait hexanique (EHe) montre 4 bandes, tandis que l’extrait aqueux à chaud (EAC) n’en présente que 2. L’analyse en composantes principales indique que les deux premiers axes expliquent 84,18 % de la variance totale (PC1 = 61,88 % ; PC2 = 22,30 %). La classification hiérarchique basée sur la distance de Jaccard met en évidence une forte similarité entre EAF et Aqx (distance ≈ 0,25) et une dissimilarité marquée de EAC (≈ 0,70). Ces résultats confirment l’influence déterminante du solvant d’extraction sur la structuration chimique des extraits.
