Angiomyxome Agressif Du Sinus Frontal: A Propos D’un Cas Et Revue Des Caractéristiques Anatomo-Cliniques

Abstract


L’angiomyxome agressif est une tumeur conjonctive rare, habituellement localisée dans la région vulvo-périnéale et pelvienne des femmes en âge de procréer [1]. La localisation cervico-faciale est rarement décrite dans la littérature. Le patient présentait des céphalées persistantes et une cécité brutale dues à l'invasion des structures voisines. Le diagnostic reposait sur l'examen anatomopathologique d’une pièce de biopsie par la mise en évidence de l’aspect myxoïde et paucicellulaire de la tumeur. La prolifération tumorale était faite de cellules fusiformes, ovoïdes ou étoilées, non atypiques et la vascularisation était prédominante. L’exérèse chirurgicale complète étant considérée comme délabrante n’était pas adoptée pour ce cas.
