Adaptation d’Afzelia Africana Aux Changements Climatiques, Niche Ecologique Et Plasticité Phénotypique : Revue Systématique

Abstract


La présente recherche étudie l’adaptation d’Afzelia africana aux changements climatiques à travers la capitalisation des recherches antérieures. Les aspects de la recherche étaient axés sur la niche écologique et la plasticité phénotypique de l’espèce. Les données bibliométriques ont été collectées à l'aide du modèle POS (Population, Outcome et Setting). La source principale de collecte de données bibliographiques est le moteur de recherche Scopus. Les analyses ont pris en compte le calcul de certains indices scientométriques et bibliométriques dans le logiciel R. L’ensemble des données a été analysé suivant la dynamique annuelle de publication, les domaines de publication, les types de publication et les indices de notoriétés tels que : le h-index et le ha-index. Des analyses factorielles ont été également réalisées. Au total, 1830 documents ont été exportés de Scopus et 86 ont été retenus après filtrage, insertion des critères d’exclusion et lecture des titres et résumés de publications. De l’analyse des documents étudiés, on retient que, l’ensemble des documents a été plublié entre 1989 et 2025, avec un total de 6136 citations cumulés. En moyenne, chaque publication a été cité 18,66 fois par an. Les publications retenues comprennent 80 articles, 01 chapitres de livre, 02 rapports de conférence et 03 revues. Les indices bibliométriques des publications sont élevés, avec un h-index de 25, indiquant que 25 publications ont été citées au moins 25 fois, un g-index de 35, et un ha-index de 5, indique la qualité et l'impact des recherches publiées. Les résultats montrent que les pays avec le plus de publication sont le Bénin, le Burkina-Faso, le Ghana et l’Allemagne.  Les auteurs ayant enrégistrés un grand nombre de publication sont : Assogbadjo, A.E. ; Sinsin, B. ; Glelé Kakai, R. Mensah, S. ; Houehanou, T.D. ; Thombiano, A. et Nacoulma, B.M.I. avec une moyenne de 3 publications par an. De l’analyse narrative on retient que les thématiques de recherche prenant en compte la niche écologique et la plasticité phénotypique d’Afzelia africana face aux perturbations climatiques doivent être étudiées afin de comprendre comment l’espèce s’adapte ou pas aux changements de son environnement.
