Max Fréjus Owolabi SANYA received his MSc Degree in signal processing of electrical engineering from Ecole Polytechnique d ’ Abomey-Calavi (EPAC), Benin, in 2008. He received his M.Phil. degree in electronics and telecommunication engineering from EPAC at the University of Abomey-Calavi (UAC), Benin, in 2010. He received his Ph.D. in High-Frequency Electronics, Photonics, and Systems at University of Limoges- France and Ph.D. in Networks and Telecommunications at University of Abomey-Calavi – Benin. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at EPAC at UAC, Benin, he holds positions as Head of Development & Continuing Education Department at Centre Autonome de Perfectionnement (CAP)/EPAC and also, Deputy-Coordinator of the Research Master on Computer Sciences and Telecommunications. His research focuses on wired/wireless signal processing and optical communications, with specific interests in next-generation PON transmission technology, channel estimation, dynamic resource allocation, peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) reduction, and cost-effective high-speed optical transmission. He is also member of Optica and serves as an Advisor of the EPAC-UAC Student Chapter of Optica. He is also the President of the West of Africa Chapter of the Association for Information Systems (WACAIS). His contributions include over 08 papers published in IEEE Xplore and Scopus

Fifamè Merci-Ange MAGNIDET received her MSc Degree in Photonics through the PHORAN project at Ecole Polytechnique d’Abomey-Calavi (EPAC), University of Abomey-Calavi-Benin, in 2019. She also completed her Master of Research in Telecommunications and Networking at the University of Abomey-Calavi in 2023. Currently, she is a Ph.D. student at the Ecole Doctorale des Sciences De l’Ingénieur (ED-SDI) at the University of Abomey-Calavi-Benin. Her research interests focuses wireless optical communications, advanced modulations and formats, next-generation PON, and Free Space Optics.

Sabi Yari Moïse BANDIRI holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with emphasis on Electronics and Telecommunications from the José Antonio Echeverría Higher Polytechnic Institute (ISPJAE - CUBA), which has been validated, making it equivalent to a bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Federal Fluminense University - UFF, Niterói; Master's degree in Telecommunications from the National Institute of Telecommunications (INATEL) and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Itajubá (UNIFEI). He did a sandwich PhD at the Havana Technological University (UTH - CUBA), under the MES-CUBA Program, with CAPES as the funding institution. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at the University of International Integration of Lusophone Afro-Brazilian - UNILAB and holds the position of Coordinator of International Projects, Cooperation, and Agreements. He has experience in the field of Electrical Engineering, with emphasis on Telecommunications, working mainly on the following topics: performance analysis of wireless networks, optical communication, energy consumption and efficiency in wireless networks, elastic optical network, and renewable energies. He is a former member of OPTICA of the Optical Society of America - OSA and also serves as a Reviewer for International Journals: INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS, Applied Soft Computing, IEEE COMMUNICATIONS LETTERS, Journal of Optical Communications and Networking, OPTICS EXPRESS.

Tahirou DJARA is a Senior Lecturer at the Polytechnic School of Abomey-Calavi located in the University of Abomey-Calavi, Bénin. His research interests include: biometrics, signal and image processing, computational intelligence, industrial applications and symbolical programming. He is member of the research laboratory: Laboratory of Electronics, Telecommunications and Applied Data Processing Technology (Laboratoire d’Electrotechnique de Télécommunication et d’Informatique Appliquée– LETIA/EPAC). He received the PhD degree in signals and image processing from the University of Abomey-Calavi, in 2013.
