Impact of Tourism on Economy Development in Central Bangka Regency, Bangka Belitung

Abstract


This study aim to find potential that can be developed in tourism from nature, culture and human resources so that the government of Central Bangka Regency able to manage tourism and determine alternative tourism development strategy in Central Bangka Regency towards regional economy development. Population and sample of the research are people in tourism area in Central Bangka Regency. The analysis used in this research is regression model. The result of research shows that tourism development which include demand and supply factor have positive and significant influence to economic development of Central Bangka Regency.
