Qualité des Relations de Collaboration et Engagement Organisationnel
Abstract
Les différents acteurs (dirigeants et collaborateurs) dans les organisations sont tous invités à œuvrer pour une meilleure productivité. Ceci est important que les premières autorités des entreprises sont continuellement à la recherche de la recette pouvant faciliter l’assiduité voire l’engagement des travailleurs. En effet, il a été prouvé dans la littérature spécialisée que l’engagement organisationnel en est l’un des paramètres pour l’atteinte des objectifs dans le monde du travail. Cependant, l’engagement organisationnel ne se décrétant pas, nous avons pensé pouvoir l’expliquer par la qualité des relations de collaboration. Ainsi, afin d’explorer la relation entre ces deux variables, nous avons eu recours à un questionnaire et à une échelle pour mesurer respectivement la qualité des relations de collaboration et les différentes dimensions de l’engagement organisationnel auprès de 89 salariés de l’Université de Lomé. Des analyses statistiques ont confirmé l’existence de liens entre la qualité des relations de collaboration et les dimensions de l’engagement organisationnel.
