Abstract

This electronic document is a “live” template and already defines the components of your paper [title, text, heads, etc.] in its style sheet. An unhealthy lifestyle has become a major health issue in Indonesia. Many researchers start to investigate factors affecting this lifestyle. This particular study sought to examine the relationship between family, peer, and community support on the intention to behave healthily. This research used a quantitative approach. The data were collected through a survey in Tangerang District, Indonesia. The number of samples was 111. Multiple regressions analysis was applied to test the conceptual model and the proposed hypotheses. The findings showed that social supports, specifically family support, have positive significant impact on intention to behave healthily. Peer and community support did not seem to have significant effect.
