The Effect of Financial Literacy and Financial Inclusion on Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSME) Financial Performance and Competence as Moderating Variables (Case Study at BTPN Syariah KCP Hamparan Perak)

Abstract


The results of this study indicate that partially financial literacy has a significant effect on MSME Financial Performance. Partially, the financial inclusion variable has a significant effect on the MSME Financial Performance. Partially, the competency variable has a significant effect on the MSME Financial Performance. Competence can moderate the effect of financial literacy on the financial performance of MSMEs. Competence can moderate the effect of financial inclusion on the financial performance of MSMEs.
