Abstract


We all know that giving independence to small businesses increases their sense of responsibility for the end result. The development of small business and private entrepreneurship is one of the most important priorities of economic reforms in our country. In particular, one of the main tasks of commercial banks today is to provide small businesses with sufficient financial resources and services.
