Essai De Production De Chaux A L’échelle Pilote à Partir d’Un Four Continu En Utilisant Le Charbon De Bois Comme Combustible

Abstract

Résume – Les ingénieurs ont beaucoup acquît  des connaissances théoriques, et aussi devrait aboutir à la capacité de produire des objets concrets pour un véritable service au développement du pays. La combinaison de ces deux compétences est un produit de facteur qui est nul, si l’un des deux est nul. A ce titre,  notre objectif  est l’application des résultats de la recherche  pour répondre aux attentes de la population. Pour notre cas, nous avons monté une unité pilote de production de chaux à partir d’un four continu à Ambatosokay Ambatondrazaka en basant sur le contexte local,  en utilisant une technologie appropriée, et surtout en produisant une qualité de chaux convenable avec un prix abordable, et qui a trouvé des applications dans le domaine industriel et du bâtiment, tout en préservant l’environnement.

Abstract – Engineers have acquired all sort of theoretical knowledge which can’t have effect on the society without the ability to produce concrete objects.  The last-mentioned  cannot be of service to the  development of the country, without the minimum theoretical knowledge. The combination of these two elements is a factor product which does not to lead to good results. For this reason, our objective is the application of research results to meet the expectations of the population. In our case, based on the local context, we have set up a lime pilot production factory from a continuous kiln in Ambatosakay Ambatondrazaka. Using appropriate technology, above all by producing a suitable quality of lime with affordable price, and preserve the environment.
