Hajj Pilgrimage By The Muslims Of Central Asia In The 19th Century: Official Rules And Routes

Abstract


The article scientifically analyzes the official rules and road routes associated with the pilgrimage of the population of Central Asia to the holy cities of Mecca and Medina in the 19th century. The diverse sources are extrapolated based on the wide range of references. Nontraditional aspects of the pilgrimage is presented.
