«Motivation des Elèves de Tronc Commun Scientifique (TCS) au Maroc. The Motivation of Pupils of Common Core Scientific (TCS) in Morocco »

Abstract

Abstarct-This study is concerned with the contribution that may have a job on the instructions in the motivation of students of common core scientific (TCS).

The lack of motivation of the students is a problem frequently encountered in class. The causes are both socio - cultural and individual.

In a first time, several theories on motivation in the school environment are presented. Then, the work is axis on an extrinsic motivation to improve: the motivation to succeed his test of scientific education of the common trunk. To achieve this goal, an aspect of the test is thorough: The understanding of the guidelines by the students and on the other is to make to make students work in autonomy.

Finally, to improve this understanding, a work in cooperation between students of trunk common to scientific destiny has been put in place.

The results of this study, unfortunately little evidence, are then presented and some new tracks of work are discussed.

Résumé-Cette étude s’intéresse à l’apport que peut avoir un travail sur les consignes dans  la motivation des élèves de tronc commun scientifique (TCS).

Le manque de motivation des élèves est un problème fréquemment rencontré en classe. Les causes sont à la fois socio - culturelles et individuelles.

Dans un premier temps, plusieurs théories sur la motivation en milieu scolaire sont présentées. Puis, le travail s’axe sur une motivation extrinsèque à améliorer: la motivation à réussir son épreuve  d’enseignement  scientifique  du  tronc commun.  Pour  atteindre  ce  but,  un  aspect  de l’épreuve est approfondi: La compréhension des consignes par les élèves et d’autre consiste à faire à faire travailler les élèves en autonomie.

Enfin,  pour  améliorer  cette  compréhension,  un  travail  en  coopération  entre  des  élèves  de tronc commun à destinée scientifique a été mis en place.

Les résultats de cette étude, malheureusement peu probants, sont ensuite présentés et quelques nouvelles pistes de travail sont évoquées.
