Abstract


The article focuses on forming a civil society at the state policy level in the coverage of the self-governing body in Uzbekistan, ie the activities of mahalla and its today's requirements. At the same time, it outlines the existing problems in this area and the work carried out by local authorities and bureaucrats in addressing them.
