Modélisation Géospatiale Et Multicritère Du Potentiel Minier Et De Ses Déterminants Territoriaux Dans La Région D’ihorombe A Madagascar

Abstract


La région d’Ihorombe présente une forte diversité géologique et minérale, mais l’organisation spatiale de ce potentiel demeure insuffisamment caractérisée au regard de l’accessibilité routière, du réseau hydrographique et des contrastes territoriaux. Cette étude vise à modéliser, à l’échelle communale, la distribution du potentiel minier et à identifier ses principaux déterminants spatiaux par une approche géomatique et multicritère. L’analyse combine 168 tronçons routiers, 4 664 éléments hydrographiques et plus de trente catégories de substances minérales, puis mobilise la standardisation des variables, l’analyse en composantes principales, la classification hiérarchique et un indice multicritère exploratoire. Les deux premiers axes de l’ACP expliquent 70,6 % de la variance totale, dont 44,9 % pour l’axe 1 et 25,7 % pour l’axe 2. Trois groupes territoriaux distincts sont mis en évidence. Ihosy obtient le score multicritère le plus élevé, proche de 0,75, devant Ankily (0,62), Maropaika (0,57) et Ranohira (0,55). La densité routière est positivement corrélée à la densité minière selon Pearson (r = 0,69 ; p = 8,24 × 10⁻⁵), tandis que Spearman indique une relation non significative (ρ = 0,12 ; p = 0,565), soulignant l’influence de quelques unités extrêmes. Ces résultats fournissent une base d’aide à la prospection et à la planification territoriale.
